TASTING NOTES

Nose: It’s like walking into a candy store. Think apple jolly ranchers, cherry starburst jelly beans, smarties and grape soda.

Palate: Keeping with the theme of things that taste like they will give diabetes, orange soda jumps in first. It’s complemented by cream, caramel sauce and pie crust.

Finish: Medium in length.

Overall: There’s a whole lot in the glass here. It being a big burst of joy with little to challenge that. As in our lives, a monotone punch of sweet loses its luster without some contrast. It’s a great pour to start the night.
